McGuires’ brand new Hotel at Yarrabilba has opened to positive review.
With indoor dining, outdoor beer garden, sport bars, function areas and a very popular indoor children’s play area, the venue has lots to offer for all patrons to experience and enjoy.

Yarrabilba Hotel is days away from opening for trade and what a delight to see the design completed!
As the photos show, the entire Design and Build team have worked tirelessly to achieve a great outcome.
The building will be open for July so come and see for yourself!
Over the past year, we have assisted our Client at the Stafford Tavern to develop a masterplan to increase the amenity and offering of their existing hotel.
We are very excited to announce that the two-staged development, involving a new Gaming & Bar Lounge, Outdoor Dining Courtyard and 43-Room Motel, has been approved by the Brisbane City Council.
We look forward to working closely with our Client as we move towards the first stage of construction later this year!

Construction at our Yarrabilba Hotel has charged ahead! Since our last update, we are now into the finishing of the interior including linings, painting and finishes. We are expecting to be finished late May.

Stemming from the success at the QHA Awards 2022, the Plainland Hotel was elevated to national success at the AHA Awards held in November 2022. As you can see winning the Best Traditional Pub Accomodation Award is a crowning achievement!

Congratulations to the Porters yet again for receiving the Award of Excellence for the Best Hotel/ Pub Style Accomodation at this year’s Queensland Hotels Association Awards Ceremony!
We are truly proud to have been involved in such a great project!
While dodging the greater than usual South-East Queensland wet weather cycle, our contractor Bryant’s have nevertheless prevailed and are making good progress on the new Yarrabilba Hotel.
We are close to having a full roof, while much of the fit out on the two levels is now underway!
More photos to come as this exciting project nears completion.
Work is now underway by Bryants Building Contractors on the brand new Yarrabilba Hotel. The site has been cleared and piling for the new undercover carpark is almost completed. We’ll post updates over the coming months as work progresses!

We’ve been busy creating a new indoor/ outdoor bar lounge area for our client, McGuires at their Calamvale Hotel and the fruits of all the hard work and effort over the past 18 months is really beginning to show!
