STAFFORD TAVERN

The Stafford Tavern is a popular North-side venue, loved by locals for its ‘homely’ array of dining and entertainment options.

Being located approximately 10km from either city centre or airport, the proposed development aims to broaden the hotel’s popularity by building enhanced amenity whilst adding short-term accomodation.

Craig W Chandler Architects are realising this exciting development following the project’s successful approval by Brisbane City Council. Construction is due to commence second half of 2023.

Stage 1 involves major upgrade and refurbishment of the existing hotel dining area including a new undercover Outdoor Dining facility with enhance children’s playground adjoining. Further, a new dedicated Bar Lounge/ Gaming area will be incorporated.

Stage 2 features a new motel tower featuring 43 short-term stay suites along with level 3 guest facilities terrace including conferencing bar lounge area and garden terrace.
