Following a very busy construction program, we are now able to present the finished product!
After some twenty or more years, the original food servery area has been updated to marry in with the most recent renovations to the hotel and the new motel.
An addition has doubled the size of the hotel kitchen, now better able to accomodate the increase in demand. This included a mechanised scullery facility and additional cold room/ freezer/ preparation areas including for pastries and desserts.
While the inside hotel has received welcome enhancements, externally, new carparking areas at the East end of the hotel will be completed by Christmas.
