We are excited to reveal our next major investment for McGuire Hotels at the site of their Logan Village Hotel. Soon to commence construction will be brand new 34 room 4.5 star motel facility to complement the existing venue amenity. As can be seen this will be a three level structure overlooking the Logan Village commons as well as establishing a private break-out courtyard area as extension of the hotel restaurant.
