We are now four months into construction of alterations and additions to
McGuires Hotels ‘The Junction’.

From a start in August, Fardoulys Constructions have charged through site demolition, piling, footings and are now well into the steelwork of our new atrium space.

As part of the conservation and restoration of the heritage-listed substation, the paintwork and other important detailing on the west parapet has been removed and reinstated to its original fabric.

Enclosure of the atrium and formation of the courtyard are now in progress.

We are expecting to be finished late February. More updates to come!
