MULTI-STAGE REFURBISHMENT OF AN EXISTING VENUE
The extension and renovation of the existing restaurant was designed and project managed by Craig W Chandler Architects. The first stage of the works most significantly features a new wine bar. This bar is a sophisticated focal point for the new dining areas, and is a beautiful showcase of rich timber detailing.
As part of the second stage of design, the existing Saloon Bar was given a complete renovation. This enhanced the connection with the first stage of works, and with the new indoor/outdoor dining area.
As a popular destination with a high amount of passing foot traffic, it was vital to enhance the Hotel's relationship with the public street. The second stage focused primarily on this connection of the restaurant and bar to Given Terrace.
