CALAMVALE HOTEL

This was a two-staged redevelopment featuring creation of additional floor space to the public bar, gaming lounge areas of the existing hotel.

Stage 1 involved the establishment of a new gaming area ahead of demolition of the original gaming lounge, paving the way for Stage 2 to be undertaken.

The highlight of the design has been the creation of the landscaped indoor-outdoor bar lounge area which features an intricate interwoven array of architectural steel to create multiple layers, levels and enclosure.

This has transformed the entire Compton Rd elevation of the hotel to marry with the adjacent motel building.
